About Us
# Join us in building the future of civil discourse.
By simplifying communication, tracking key interactions, and summarizing constituent sentiment, Parthenon Labs enables representatives to focus on what really matters —serving their community.
> “Our mission is to help elected officials deliver on their commitments to constituents.”

## Our Story
Our name, Parthenon Labs, is inspired by the ancient Greek Parthenon, a symbol of enduring democracy, public service, and civic pride. Built as a place where the community came together, the Parthenon stands as a powerful representation of openness and unity—values we aim to bring into the digital age. Just as the Parthenon served as a space for civic gathering and dialogue, our platform creates a modern venue for elected officials to connect meaningfully with their communities, building trust and fostering transparency.

### Josh Billigmeier
Co-founder & CTO
As CTO, Josh leads product architecture, engineering, and technical strategy. Prior to founding Parthenon, Josh co-founded Fireside, a leading constituent communications and CRM platform used by more than 150 Congressional offices. Over 15 years, he scaled Fireside from startup to acquisition, serving as both VP of Technology and later CEO before its acquisition by FiscalNote.
Following the acquisition, Josh served as Director of Engineering at FiscalNote, where he oversaw the Fireside product line. With deep expertise in engineering management, scalable SaaS systems, and civic technology, Josh now brings that experience to Parthenon Labs where he's building secure, innovative, and reliable tools that help elected officials better serve their communities.
### Nick Consler
Co-founder & CEO
As CEO, Nick leads the company’s strategy, operations, and growth. Before founding Parthenon, Nick served as an aide on Capitol Hill in DC. After pivoting to govtech, he spent nearly a decade at Fireside, a constituent communications and CRM platform serving Congress, where he helped scale the business through multiple roles in sales and operations. Following Fireside’s acquisition by FiscalNote, he served as GM of the Advocacy & Constituent Services business, overseeing two industry leading brands and teams focused on making government more accessible.
Drawing on this experience, Nick co-founded Parthenon Labs to modernize how governments engage with their communities, with a mission to build secure, innovative, and people-centered technology that strengthens democracy.
