## SOC 2 Type 2 certified

Our security controls are independently audited against the AICPA Trust Services Criteria. The report is available on request.

## House Cloud Services Authorized

Reach SMS is approved for official use by U.S. House of Representatives offices after completing the vendor risk and security review.

## How we protect your data

Core controls governing our security policies.

#### Encryption

All customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

#### Access control

Production access is limited to authorized staff, with unique authentication and SSO through our identity provider.

#### Infrastructure

Hosted on AWS in the United States, with intrusion detection and monitoring.

#### Business continuity

Regular backups and a business continuity and disaster recovery plan that we test every year.

#### Testing

Regular penetration testing and formal vulnerability management.

#### People

Background checks, confidentiality agreements, and security policy acknowledgment for everyone with access.

Third parties that process customer data on our behalf.
