Yes! We have an import tool available to upload your list. That's one of the steps we cover as part of the guided onboarding after signing up.

Parthenon uses a pristine .US domain to send emails for customers who don't have a domain. You can also configure your own domain during the onboarding process, including .GOV domains. There's an easy-to-use wizard to set this up. Our team is available to help with this process as well. 

SMS is available to all reach customers as a credit-based add-on. You can top off your credits as often as needed. 

As part of the onboarding process, Reach will walk you through the steps to acquire a 10-DLC number and file your registration with the FCC – a requirement to send texts to constituents. The turnaround for FCC approval is typically 2-3 weeks. 

Once approved, you can send messages as often as you'd like!

Reach is a software-as-a-service platform billed on a monthly or annual basis. Customers who sign up for reach must agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
